In this project, I explore the overlooked objects that populate my daily life, often slipping into the periphery of my consciousness due to their repetitive presence. By enveloping these objects in red stretch fabric, I aim to draw attention to their unnoticed significance. The fabric, stretched over various objects, becomes more transparent as it expands, suggesting the fragility of memory and the layers of familiarity that render these objects invisible. These objects, whether found in my home or the city, are tied together by the thread of my memory—by the process of forgetting that occurs when they become routine. Through this act of transformation, I seek to uncover the hidden narratives and emotional imprints embedded within these everyday items, questioning what it means to remember and forget.
