Sepideh Elmi is an interdisciplinary artist who works in various art fields including architecture, sculpture, painting, and performance art. She was born in Tehran and currently lives in Berlin. Sepideh has a bachelor’s degree in architecture and a master’s degree in fine arts.

Her works specifically focus on the theme of body and space. He considers this a very personal art based on her lived experience. Her artistic path began with questioning, and according to her, the paradoxes in society in relation to the female body have caused the alienation of mind and body, which has affected the perception of space. For her, this issue is the main source of her questions and works.

Sepideh does not limit herself to a specific medium and uses sculpture, painting and performance art to explore her artistic world. she has organized numerous exhibitions at the international exhibition and presented her artwork.

Her research in recent years has focused on the relationship of temporary architecture to the temporary body. This research stems from her deep interest in better understanding the interactions between body and space.
